On October 13th, 1996, the skeletal remains of an unknown white female were located under a tree off 26th Street in Tampa, Florida.  The remains were dressed in shorts with a zipper front and "Arizona" label and a heavy T-shirt with one left front pocket and a "Roberto Orsini" label. In the left front pocket of the shorts was some change, a disposable lighter, and a button. The color of the garments were not determinable.
