On
25 August, 1994, the body of an unidentified white male was
discovered next to the railroad tracks near Koppers Road off Hwy
301/76 in Florence County, SC. Both of the legs of the victim had been
severed below the knees when he was struck by the train. The victim was wearing a blue jacket
with "Rogers" monogram on the left pocket; Lee brand blue jeans;
a blue bathing suit; white athletic socks with red stripes; and
white/green leather Adidas tennis shoes. Victim was uncircumcised.
