An applicant for certification must be of good moral character, hi-h integrity, good repute, and must possess a high ethical and professional standing. For the purposes of certification a person who is an honorably retired forensic artist will need two letters of recommendation front IAI members who will attest to the members ethics and moral character. A retired forensic artist will not be required to submit current "Official Drawings," but will be allowed to submit the most recent examples of his/her "Official Drawings" which will include any required photographs of successful "hits." His/her current drawing ability will be measured using the test (drawing) material. All other requirements will be met by all applicants wishing certification. |
